I absolutely love Forge Fitness!! The trainers are great and they really pay attention to form. I get regular texts asking how I’m doing and checking in. The classes are small and really fun. Every workout is different and they modify for all levels. The gym is clean. Every class is challenging and they have a convenient schedule.
I had been going to Forge Fitness consistnently for months and not only have I gotten stronger and leaner, the staff became my friends :) They really are great people who truly care! I just moved a few weeks ago, and I miss them all plus the amazing workouts dearly. Forge takes personal training to the next level!!
