​Craig, Angela, Jamie, and Michael — are knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve. They’re encouraging, attentive and great at coaching both the “why” and the “how” behind each movement — which I personally really appreciate! I’ve tried a lot of different workout styles over the years (F45, Orangetheory, Pilates, spin, etc.), and while they were all great in their own ways, Forge’s purposeful approach to strength and mobility is what really sets it apart. The supportive, low ego atmosphere makes it feel like a true community too. Highly recommend you check them out to see if you like their style and programming!

I recently switched from Orange Theory (OTF) to Forge Fitness. While I’m eternally grateful to OTF for getting me back on the fitness track, the change feels like going from high school to a university program, with a lot more breadth (much more than just dumbbells and TRX) and depth (more emphasis on form and tracking) at Forge, particularly for strength training.  I haven’t done any of the nutritional counseling yet, but this is included as part of the program. All, in all, Forge offers the scheduled group sessions that I already know help keep me accountable (I can never do this on my own at a big box gym), along with an emphasis on tracked progression that will definitely push me to the next level of fitness.

I have been searching for a unique gym experience and I found it at Forge Fitness. I was looking for structure, expertise and guidance to build muscle, get stronger and improve my overall wellness. After my first week, I was hooked. The dynamic classes provide very specific outcomes (e.g., leg day, pull and push, double progression), an app for tracking progress, a boutique gym that feels intimate and not intimidating, and the caring guidance of Craig (the owner) and my favorite trainer (Anthony). They provide great suggestions and adjustments to ensure I'm getting the most out of my movements and avoid injury and they share my joy when I see results. I'm also developing a community with my morning workout warriors which really completes the experience for me. I know Forge has more to offer and I'm just scraping the surface.

Forge Fitness is a fantastic gym for beginners and advanced athletes alike. My husband and I joined together - he has quite a bit of experience working out, while I was a total beginner who knew nothing. From the first day, the coaches have been incredibly kind and invested in our personal progress.

Coming from a science background, I am always leery of programs that claim to be results-driven, but actually are not. I am grateful to have found Forge Fitness as it is 100% science based - they have an exercise scientist on staff who keeps a close eye on everything to make sure the workouts are all designed for real improvement. They even have nutrition coaching available to ensure you have all of the tools possible to improve.

Since starting at Forge Fitness in February 2025, I've consistently attended 3-4 classes a week, typically at 6 AM or 7 AM, and I'm already seeing fantastic results! The energy and pace of the classes are incredible, and I really appreciate how organized each session is.


The member app is a huge bonus, offering helpful information on nutrition, workouts, and more. Beyond the great facilities, the community is incredibly friendly. Coaches Anthony and owner Craig are exceptional – they're not only knowledgeable and friendly but also make you feel like you have personal trainers. They're always checking in on form and technique throughout the workout, which is invaluable. I highly recommend Forge Fitness to all my friends, and couldn't say enough nice things about it!

I’ve been going to Forge Fitness for just two weeks after signing up for their $14 for 14 days deal, and I already feel transformed. The strength workouts are incredibly well-designed, fun, and challenging in the best way. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely attentive. They make sure your form is on point and that you feel supported throughout the session.

 

I’ve never felt this taken care of at a gym before. In just a short time, I’ve seen real progress in both my physique and strength. I’m now about to become a full member, and I couldn’t be more excited. If you want to feel like an athlete, get stronger, and be part of a supportive, motivating environment, I can’t recommend Forge Fitness enough.

I’ve been at Forge Fitness for about 5 weeks and I’m hooked. This isn’t a HIIT-style gym—it’s focused on traditional weightlifting with smart programming and proper form. Each day targets a different muscle group (push, pull, legs), plus there’s a full strength day and a Thursday endurance session. The owner and trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and make sure technique comes first. I already see progress and actually miss it when I can’t go. If you want a gym that delivers real strength training and results, this is the place!!

I can’t say enough good things about Forge Fitness in RSM. I joined 3 months ago and have improved my fitness in every way. Craig, the owner, goes to great lengths to provide the best equipment and structure possible. Craig and Angela (the head trainer) go above and beyond to train people with proper form and minimize injury risk. They really really care that you stay safe and have an amazing workout. They care that you make progress and teach you how to do it. They have created something special and my only regret is that I don’t join sooner. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, they will meet you there.
