We've made our system compatible with monitors from Orange Theory, F45, My Zone, and most other brands, so at Forge, you can simply use your own if you already have one. It's also compatible with some monitors that you can purchase on Amazon or we can supply one for $35.
At Forge we utilize monitors to enhance awareness of your body, teach people how manage and control their heart rate when under stress and load. We also can use stored data for comparison purposes, to view how the cardiovascular system is acting.

We have found using on individuals new to fitness allows the trainer to keep a good eye on their heart rate for safety.
