Each training block builds on the last, using progressive  science driven hypertrophy strength training to help develop a strong lean athletic looking body. Movement development is included to improve mobility, balance, and agility, while structured cardiovascular work and planned recovery ensure continued progress without burnout or injury.

The 360° Program is a personalized, results-driven system with clear progress tracking, defined benchmarks, and end-of-block assessments. No guesswork. No trends. Just science proven methods that deliver real, lasting results.

Men’s or Woman's 365° Personalized Nutrition + Body Development Training System

You will be working closely with the Forge nutrition specialist and data expert, in-depth consultation focused on your specific discipline.  They will assess your current approach, performance demands, and lifestyle inputs, then engineer a personalized system designed to specifically to you and sport or lifestyle and physique  enhancements you are looking to achieve.  

This system integrates directly into the Forge 360° Training Framework, combining structured training, advanced performance technology, data-driven insights, and the latest applied education.​

Depending on your individual requirements, this may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance and support, VO₂ max testing, A1 3D Body Analysis (BCM), Inbody Composition Test (BCA), and progression-based training with advanced performance tracking.

This data-driven framework allows us to engineer your program around how your body—while aligning directly with your performance objectives. Whether you’re operating at a Division I level, an emerging or professional tennis or soccer athlete, preparing for an Ironman, or simply committed to shaping your physique or extracting the highest level of performance from yourself - the 365 System has all you need and more.

VO2 Testing
VO2 Master 

VO2 max is the maximum volume of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise, serving as the best indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance, measured in milliliters of oxygen per kilogram of body weight per minute (ml/kg/min). A higher VO2 max means better heart/lung function, capillary delivery, and muscle efficiency, allowing you to work harder and longer, with benefits including better health, longevity, and easier daily activity.

3D Body Scan  Report

A Fit3D body scan is a diagnostic procedure that provides detailed health information such as body fat percentage, precise body measurements, and body shape rating. The scan provides over 200 accurate body measurements, as well as a history of changes, allowing people to compare and share their progress.

3-D body scans provide an objective way to track real physical change over time. By measuring body shape, circumference, and posture, they remove guesswork and show how your body is responding to training and nutrition—keeping progress measurable, accountable, and focused on long-term development rather than scale weight.

Inbody Scan

In less than 45 seconds the InBody machine provides a detailed report how how your diet and exercise are affecting your overall health and weight. InBody uses the latest technology to precisely measure and analyze your total body composition, including lean muscle mass, segmental and visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, body mass index, and cellular water.

Heart Rate Monitoring 

During programmed, performance-driven cardiovascular training, your heart rate and key metrics are displayed live on the main screen so intensity can be coached and controlled in real time. We highly recommend monitoring your heart rate during compound strength training to control intensity and accurately measure effort.

You can connect directly from your Apple Watch, or use most external heart-rate monitors, including Orangetheory, F45, Myzone, and other arm or chest-strap monitors.

If you don’t already have a monitor, basic models are available for around $40 on Amazon, and we pair and program them for you at no cost.

This ensures training is accurate, measurable, and done at the correct intensity — not guessed.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
VO2 Master 

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) is the number of calories required by the body to maintain basic functions such as heartbeat, breathing, temperature regulation, and brain activity. A standard RMR test involves using a metabolic cart and indirect calorimetry, the clinically recommended and industry reference standard of testing, to measure the number of calories burned per day at rest. Whether your goal is to lose, gain, or maintain weight, this information is extremely valuable for designing a personalized weight management program.
