3D Body Scan Report
A Fit3D body scan is a diagnostic procedure that provides detailed health information such as body fat percentage, precise body measurements, and body shape rating. 3-D body scans provide an objective way to track real physical change over time. In less than 45 seconds the InBody machine provides a detailed report how how your diet and exercise are affecting your overall health and weight. InBody uses the latest technology to precisely measure and analyze your total body composition, including lean muscle mass, segmental and visceral fat, basal metabolic rate, body mass index, and cellular water.

Heart Rate Monitoring
During programmed, performance-driven cardiovascular training, your heart rate and key metrics are displayed live on the main screen so intensity can be coached and controlled in real time. We highly recommend monitoring your heart rate during compound strength training to control intensity and accurately measure effort.
You can connect directly from your Apple Watch, or use most external heart-rate monitors, including Orangetheory, F45, Myzone, and other arm or chest-strap monitors.
If you don’t already have a monitor, basic models are available for around $40 on Amazon, and we pair and program them for you at no cost.
