Thursday - Athletic Performance (AP) - Endurance + Power - Experience Athletic Performance & ESD (Engine System Development) Designed to build your athlete and develop your engine. This structured program targets speed, strength, coordination, stamina, and endurance—enhancing both aerobic and anaerobic systems. Improve strength endurance, recovery, and training capacity while progressing at your own pace. Track your performance, know your body, and grow your athletic potential—safely and effectively. This session may include heart rate zone training, we often track metrics on machines and test your abilities. Wearing a heart rate monitor is great for training to get to know your bodies capability. We often track your metrics on the machines to know where you are at, we want to see you improve your fitness and cardiovascular system. This normal turns into a fun competition you against you or at times we partner up.
