Movement Assessment
Your movement assessment checks range of motion, joint stability, and movement patterns so we know your capacities. Our certified Movement Specialist identifies mobility restrictions, muscle imbalances, and technique issues before you begin.
This prevents injuries, improves performance. Many people don’t realize they have movement limitations until they get hurt — we catch and correct them early so you can progress with confidence.



What You’ll Experience in Your Intro Session
Your free session is a complete introduction to the Forge Fitness training experience. You’ll see how our block programming works, learn the difference between compound lifts and accessory movements, and understand how we track progress using measurable data.
You’ll train with professional-grade strength equipment in a small-group environment, coached every step of the way. This is where strength, performance, and mobility work come together to build a strong, athletic body.
