Forge Fitness OC offers a free personalized strength training and movement assessment to help you start your journey the right way. You’ll meet our expert coaches, learn our proven system, and see if Forge is the perfect fit for your goals.

Movement Assessment 

Your movement assessment checks range of motion, joint stability, and movement patterns so we know your capacities. Our certified Movement Specialist identifies mobility restrictions, muscle imbalances, and technique issues before you begin.

This prevents injuries, improves performance. Many people don’t realize they have movement limitations until they get hurt — we catch and correct them early so you can progress with confidence.

What You’ll Experience in Your Intro Session

Your free session is a complete introduction to the Forge Fitness training experience. You’ll see how our block programming works, learn the difference between compound lifts and accessory movements, and understand how we track progress using measurable data.

You’ll train with professional-grade strength equipment in a small-group environment, coached every step of the way. This is where strength, performance, and mobility work come together to build a strong, athletic body.

This free assessment is available to residents within 10 miles of Forge Fitness OC RSM, including Mission Viejo, Coto de Caza, Las Flores, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, and Trabuco Canyon.

This is more of an educational session and assessment—not a workout. We’ll also let you know if we don’t believe you’re ready or capable of training at Forge Fitness.

 

Forge is not for everyone. If a medical condition, limited mobility, past injuries, or lack of body awareness or balance could prevent safe training, we’ll let you know. At Forge Fitness, safety always comes first.
