Wednesday - Focused Strength Training Program - Strong 103 - Works the Core-Chest-Shoulders-Triceps If you've ever wondered about the perfect synergy that exists between chest, shoulders, and triceps training, you're in the right place. This session, we embark on a journey through the unparalleled benefits of uniting these powerhouse muscle groups in a single, focused session. Training chest, shoulders and triceps on the same day isn't just a matter of convenience; it's a strategic alliance that taps into the physiological relationship between these muscle groups. At Forge we understand the science behind their collaboration unveils the potential for enhanced performance and muscle development. Expect complementary strength movements to balance out the muscle groups, with an adequate balance of cardio. During this session if a barbell is used, you will be tracking weight, reps, and sets from week to week - tracking is a must for safety and progression. Every class will include Warm-up - this gets the body up to working temperature. Activation - a good movement and mobility warm up, to prepare muscles, joints and tendons for work ahead, helps prevents injuries, joint pain and strains. Demo - your trainer demonstrating in detail every movement and piece of equipment to be used.
