Tuesday - Get Strong Strength 102 Upper Body training session is 50 minutes long. Targeted muscle groups include the back, biceps, rear deltoids, core, and abdominals. Training your back, biceps, and rear deltoids together in the same workout is a popular approach to targeting these interconnected muscle groups. These muscles primarily function in pulling actions, such as moving a heavy box in your garage or performing pull-ups and rows in the gym. Since they work together synergistically, it makes sense to train them in the same session for maximum gains. Expect a balanced workout that includes complementary strength movements and an appropriate amount of cardio. If a barbell is used, you'll be tracking your weight, reps, and sets from week to week to ensure safety and progression. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, we have the equipment to accommodate all fitness and ability levels. Our certified specialist trainers will be at your side every step of the way, ensuring you learn the correct technique and form from the start. Every class will include: Warm-up: This raises your body to working temperature. Activation: A comprehensive movement and mobility warm-up to prepare muscles, joints, and tendons for the work ahead, helping to prevent injuries, joint pain, and strains. Demo: Your trainer will demonstrate every movement and piece of equipment in detail.
