Lower Body Strength Every session starts with a conditioning warm-up to elevate body temperature, followed by activation drills to loosen and prepare the hips, knees, and ankles. Trainers spend time to demonstrate each movement, coaching precise form, tempo, and load for safety and maximum return. Lower Body Day targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and adductors through heavy compound and accessory lifts such trap-bar lifts, belt squats, Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), back squats, leg extensions, and leg raises. We train in structured blocks, using measurable data to track load, reps, and tempo across each phase — providing hard evidence of progress. Core work is part of every day, strengthening the abs, obliques, and stabilizers to support the entire kinetic chain. Each day builds upon the last through a science-based progression system that enhances movement quality, strength, and performance. Our program is designed to build an athletic, strong, resilient, robust sculpted physique.
