Thursday - Experience MetCon Hybrid 110+ this session fires up the bodies different metabolic pathways that produce energy, MetCon training is anything that increases the efficiency of those pathways, commonly referred to as energy systems. If you want increase your strength endurance and athletic endurance, who does not? If you want to lift more, have more endurance and stamina this session is a must for you. This session is fun, faster and more explosive, fits all the elements of power, speed, balance and agility When most people think of training to improve their conditioning (fitness), they think of conditioning the cardiovascular system to increase the transport of blood to the working muscles. Metabolic conditioning is the other side of the coin – conditioning the muscles to better use what’s getting delivered to them by improving the efficiency of the different metabolic pathways. The cardiovascular and metabolic conditioning benefits from MetCon workouts far exceed traditional “cardio” activities. This session may include heart rate zone training, we often track metrics on machines and test your abilities. Wearing a heart rate monitor is great for training to get to know your bodies capability. We often track your metrics on the machines to know where you are at, we want to see you improve your fitness and cardiovascular system. This normal turns into a fun competition you against you or at times we partner up.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 4-hour cancellation policy. If failing to cancel in a timely manner becomes a habit for some individuals, a $20 charge may be applied. Please be considerate and cancel as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
