Unlimited Access for 14 Days—You Can Attend Over 70 Sessions In $14 Days - Any Of The Stated Times After purchasing the $14 for 14 offer, you will receive an email and a message with instructions on how to download the Forge Fitness OC RSM Booking/Communication app. Use the app for booking sessions and communicating with us. On the home page of the app, there is a Q&A section that contains all the information about your first visit and Forge's guidelines. Additionally, you will receive an intake waiver to review and sign electronically. This must be completed before booking any class. If not completed, the system will cancel your booking and prompt you to reschedule until the waiver is signed. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class. Must live within 10 miles of Forge Fitness as your permanent residential address. Proof of address will be required. This offer is valid for one-time use only.

The Training at Forge Fitness: Train you right from the start: First, we specialize in teaching correct technique and form, which is not only is for your safety, it also unlocks your full potential with every movement, maximizing to develop your body the right way for powerful, lasting results. Strength-Based Training (around 70%): Strength and Conditioning go hand in hand to maximize your fitness results. Strength training builds lean muscle, build up bone density, increases metabolism, and improves body composition, while conditioning enhances your cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and overall performance. Together, they help you get stronger, burn fat, and improve energy systems, reducing the risk of injury and supporting a balanced, functional body. This combination is key for achieving lasting fitness results and optimal health. In-House Nutrition Coach: At Forge Fitness, our expert nutrition coaching is designed to fuel your fitness journey and maximize your results. Our certified team provides personalized nutrition plans tailored to your goals, whether it's building muscle, losing fat, or boosting performance. By focusing on balanced, sustainable eating habits, we help you optimize your energy, recovery, and overall health to support your workouts and achieve long-term success.   • Session Days/Times + Program + Equipment
    All Sessions are 50 Minutes Times Monday - Friday 5 am 6:10 am 7:30 am 8:30 am Noon 4:30 pm 5:30 pm (Friday no 5:30 pm only) The Program Monday - Lower Body Strength: Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, Legs, Abs + Conditioning Tuesday - Core Body Strength: Back, Biceps, Abs, Core + Conditioning Wednesday - Upper Body Strength: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Abs, Core + Conditioning Thursday - Metabolic Conditioning: Fires up all the body’s energy systems—this one will get your cardiovascular system going. Friday - Full Body Strength: A faster pace than other strength days, working every inch of the body—a great way to end the week. Saturday Open Gym - 8:30 - 10:30 AM Why Open Gym? There will always be a trainer present to assist you. This is your time to focus on yourself and your specific needs. Use this opportunity to hone your skills and master movements as needed. Whether you want to target a specific muscle group you missed during the week or practice for an upcoming event such as Hyrox, Open Gym is the perfect time to do it. Equipment: Olympic barbells and weights, power racks, squat rack, trap bars, cable machines, jammer arms, sleds, air bikes, concept skierg, row an bikergs, dumbbell's and much more The latest technology: Heart Rate Monitoring, Body Analyst Scans, Performance And Progression Tracking.     Getting started and booking is a breeze! You'll be sent the Forge app, and with a single tap, you can schedule your first session. It’s that simple! The app contains all the information you need to know about Forge and is the best way to communicate with us. The app also includes (full membership required to access some features): Movement videos Program workouts Tracking progression metrics (weights, reps, sets) and performance on equipment Better Body Nutrition Tracking Tracking your MetCon times
  • Better Body + Unlimited Class Program
    Forge takes a 360° Training Approach – We encompass what it truly takes to achieve real, lasting results. Shape Your Body to Your Best Desired Outcome with The Right Why. We give you 100% of the solution, not just 20-25% like most! This is exactly why so many people struggle – they’ve never been informed when they should have been! This program is 12 weeks long and completely free, with the Unlimited Class Plan. Why? Because we want to give you 100% and help you train the right way. Working out is only about 20-25% of the solution when trying to reach your best outcome for your body and life. Nutrition and lifestyle make up the other 70-75%, playing a crucial role in achieving the body you desire. There are specific conditions you must meet to qualify for this program, which will be evaluated during your 14-day trial. The program is highly detailed and requires both commitment and dedication. During and after the 14-day trial, we will discuss whether this program is the right fit for you. The women's area features two spacious toilets and showers, equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The men's amenities include two toilets and a roomy shower, offering the same thoughtful amenities. Comfortable Climate: We keep the gym fully air-conditioned when necessary, ensuring a refreshing and pleasant environment, even during the hottest summer days. Stay Hydrated: Quench your thirst at our free filtered water station. Staying hydrated is essential, and we make it convenient for you. Top-Notch Equipment: Expect nothing less than the best. Our equipment is meticulously maintained and up-to-date, providing everything you need for an effective and enjoyable workout. Secure Lockers: Store your belongings worry-free.     Q: What does unlimited mean? A: You can take as many sessions as you like (even two a day, though we do not recommend two per day). Q: How do I cancel? A: Just send us a message through the Forge Fitness app at least three days before you wish to cancel, and we’ll handle it. If you cancel halfway through the month, you’ll still have full access until your end date, which you can find in your profile section in the Forge app. Q: What happens when the 14-day trial ends? A: We leave the decision up to you. We want you to become a part of Forge because you enjoy it and see the value. We do not store your card details; if you decide to continue, you can purchase a plan directly through the app. Q: Better Body Program + Unlimited Classes Together - Only 3 Installments of $160 Over 12 Weeks A: This program lasts for 12 weeks and is completely free with our Unlimited Session Plan. Why? Because nutrition is a key factor in achieving the body you want. There are specific conditions you must meet to qualify, which will be evaluated during your 14-day trial.     No problem at all—just click the button on this page to book These sessions are around 30 minutes. If you'd like to observe a class during a session, let us know. You will be meeting with Craig the owner - he is very straight up, feel free to ask him anything at all. Please note, this is not for a workout session.
  • Injuries
    At Forge Fitness OC, RSM, we prioritize safety and injury prevention. Our expert certified coaches work closely with individuals, carefully tailoring movements and exercises to their abilities. We focus on corrective movements and proper form to ensure that each workout is both safe and effective. If someone’s injury requires modifications that Forge cannot accommodate, we are transparent about it. During the 14-day trial, our coaches will assess your situation, and if we determine that Forge is not the right fit for your injury, we’ll let you know. Our goal is to provide the best experience for each individual, and we understand that Forge may not be the ideal for some people with movement issues.

We've made our system compatible with monitors from Orange Theory, F45, My Zone, and most other brands, so at Forge, you can simply use your own if you already have one. It's also compatible with some monitors that you can purchase on Amazon or we can supply one for $35.
