In today’s fitness world, it’s easy to confuse “exercise” with “training.” Too often, unsafe movements are passed off as workouts, and chaotic exercises lead to what professionals in the industry call broken bones, bloody shins, and busted backs.

Some places encourage people to lift as much as they can, as fast as they can, without allowing the time needed to perform movements correctly. They often mix technical weightlifting movements with high-paced athletic drills—both of which are simply unsafe. Unfortunately, this style of training tends to attracts more beginners, who don’t yet realize the dangers involved. The sad fact is the longer someone stays in that type of fitness world, they offen experience injuries, then they start to relize this is not how training should be done. It should building me be up better for life not break me! We see this tyoe of person come throght the doors offen at Forge. The first thing they say is  do not want to be injuried!

Why do places do this? It’s often about entertainment—designed to look flashy, draw a crowd, and feed egos with “look at me” antics. The focus becomes about appearing cool rather than training smart.
