Metrics VO₂ (mL/kg/min) - How much oxygen your body can use per minute per kilogram of body weight. The gold standard of cardiovascular fitness — higher = more efficient oxygen use and endurance. VCO₂ (L/min) - Volume of carbon dioxide produced. Used to calculate energy expenditure and determine whether you’re burning more fat or carbs.
