Description
Monday - Get Strong Lower Body 101 Focused Strength. In this focused strength session, we work on the glutes, hamstrings, calves, legs, hip adductors, hip flexors, lower back, core, and abs. Expect complementary strength movements to balance out the muscle groups, with an adequate balance of cardio. During this session we will be tracking all relevant weight, reps, and sets from week to week - tracking is a must for safety and progression. Every class will include Warm-up - this gets the body up to working temperature. Activation - a good movement and mobility warm up, to prepare muscles, joints and tendons for work ahead, helps prevents injuries, joint pain and strains. Demo - your trainer demonstrating in detail every movement and piece of equipment to be used. Equipment that may be used - Power Racks, Barbell, Hex Bar, Dumbbells, Barbells, Jammer Arms, Kettlebells, Belt Squat Machine, Leg Press, TRX, Cable Machines, Sleds, Battle ropes, Slam Balls, Wall balls, Sandbags, Air bike, rower, SkiErg, BikeErg and more... Whether you're getting back into your fitness or an expert we have the equipment for all fitness and ability levels- our certified specialist trainers will be at your side to guide you every step of the way.
