You won’t find a room jam-packed with 20-50 people running around who are virtually unsupervised, with one trainer stretched so thin they can’t provide the attention that is needed to correct movements. This type of carry-on is not safe or professional in our eyes - it is just a recipe for injury. To us looking after people is a very serious business, too some nowadays it seems like a game. Remember poor training can not only stun you proess it can break you life!
What you will find - smaller group professional training, combines the expertise of personal training with the energy of a group setting. With two trainers per class, making sure you’ll receive expert one-one guidance to ensure proper form, only way to maximize the benefits of every movement, and keep you safe as possible.​​
