Forge Discovery Night is the best way to experience what we do. Meet the owner, head trainer, and nutrition specialist, learn about our science-based program, and let us assess your goals and movement abilities.

If Forge feels right for you — and we feel it’s the right fit — this is where your journey starts. No pressure, just a clear understanding of how we can help you get the results you are seeking.

This is not a sales push. We don’t hassle anyone or try to sign people up. Discovery Night simply helps us see if you’re the right fit for Forge — and if you’re not, we’ll do our best to recommend what may be a better option for your goals.
